This does not mean that you should forget that all people feel the same vibrations or energies; because the same person or persons remember that they do not treat everyone the same. They often make a difference. And you should not fall into the loop of wondering why, or what their reason is. Just walk away as quickly and calmly as possible.
There is a saying that goes, "Old stuff, few and far between. And another saying to keep in mind is: "Words are enough for the wise. So, friends who don't love you don't waste your time. You will be in other places much better, more loved, and better valued and you will have found your place away from the people or situations that produced the discomfort.
Chapter 4- Being generous instead of excusing ourselves
At times, we have lost much of our ability to communicate and above all, to be generous both to ourselves and to others.
This is a part that we have to start rectifying and working on.
The first thing to keep in mind is that many people are used to give, to buy, to seek, to please others, but they forget how to reach a balance, they have to count on the main person, which is themselves.
You have to learn to be generous with yourself, to take into account, to stop thinking about what you want to do, which path to follow, or simply when you are going to choose something for someone, to remember yourself as well.
But a fundamental part that must be worked on together is simply to give thanks; which seems to be frowned upon or unimportant.
We are used to saying, for example: "sorry I'm late". We take it for granted that the other person has to understand, apologize and take care of us. And all that with good treatment and kindness.
And actually we should say at the outset: "Thank you for waiting for me". And from there, give the explanation that you consider necessary. But that person, right from the start, has dedicated his time and attention to you outside the established timetable.
We have to learn to appreciate things, time, help and attention from other people, give value to their work or friendship. And not hide behind excuses, because for that person their time is also valuable.
These are insignificant details, but they will strengthen our bonds and also our confidence.
Chapter 5- Intuitive people's perceptions
All of us, from the moment we come into the world, are capable of perceiving and feeling a series of sensations and perceptions, totally different from those we later encounter, because we have lost them on our way.
Of these losses, I would like to tell you that a great part of them are usually educational, due to fears or to the insensitivity or lack of certain senses.
Not all people are equal, nor do we develop everything equally. There are people who are excellent musicians, I personally am a negation and I love music, although I do not know how to play any instrument.
There are people who have the facility or capacity for something special that they have or develop, because they have it innate, maintain it or use it over time.
If I speak to you of education or fears, at the moment it is not so badly seen, so discriminated or judged the intuition or the sensations. Above all, for about 10 years now.
But if we have to speak with sincerity, until now, the sensitive, intuitive being, seeing something different or noticing it, entered into a parameter really that could be judged negatively or badly. Even today. Because you became as commonly said on a derogatory level "a witch" or "a wizard".
It is a burden that you have to dare to remove, that stigma from your personal closet; and start using that intuition and those feelings in a positive way. Learn to ask yourself the right questions, to work on all that energy and intuition yourselves by being independent and free. Think about it:
–It is not bad to have intuition.
–It is good to learn how to use it.
–You have to have your own tools.
–You have to understand your feelings.
–Assume and accept that you need to get it.
–You control your life.
That doesn't mean that no one will make it easy for you. An intuitive person or one with sensations normally has to struggle with more obstacles or more obstacles than usual. And you will tell me the most skeptical, it is not true.
When you have a feeling, what you have to do is get used to feeling it, observe the situation and keep working.
Depending on what you feel: move away, be quiet, talk carefully… But above all, what we are talking about (which is what this method is all about) is relating to people, both on a work and personal level. You have to think about how to express yourself and avoid conflicts.
Because an intuition or a sensation, together with a fear or a previous pain not worked on by us, can be a time bomb, which we misinterpret and destabilize us.
To all people who are intuitive, the first thing I teach them is to be independent and to analyze situations and their feelings very well. So that, depending on the situation, it cannot affect them in the area in which they are working.
It is totally different a feeling at a family level, as a couple, than a feeling in a work meeting.
Coaching is something that is totally incorporated in our lives, that helps many people and in many jobs, as I will show you later. And that by reading many of you, you will be doing it and you will be professionals in the sector.
What happens is that we usually only talk about the three most commercial coaches. This does not mean that all the others are not equally important, or that their work is not equally vital to our lives.
It simply means that we are so used to it that we have overlooked it.
I will give you a reflection on them, which I value. I will also tell you that in every sector there are great professionals. In some of the subjects, in order to understand them well or on the way to learn them, I have met great professionals who have helped me to understand their meaning well, to be able to develop it and to be able to explain it to you.
Sensitive people have been using for years to improve, feeling, perceiving, that certain tools produce well-being and balance their inner "I". It is the natural first aid kit that you yourself must get used to calibrating for your benefit.
Not everyone up to now has been accepted and you will see how in lapses of time detractors and defenders come out.
5.1. What do we sensitive people look at?
Sensitive people look at many things. We have certain concerns like being in contact with nature, feeling the power and energy that emanates from the trees, the plants, the field. Basically respect for nature and what it makes us feel. An immense feeling of well-being at the level of body and mind.
