В оригинале пословица звучит как «there is more than one way to skin a cat» (буквально: «есть много способов освежевать кошку», Русский аналог «свет клином не сошёлся») – Прим. перев., и в целом мысль о том, что динозавров и других ископаемых животных можно реконструировать лишь приблизительно или с большими сомнениями в отношении самых основных деталей, по-прежнему сохраняется.
