Rhalina said grimly: `You talk of these matters too lightly, sorcerer. If Corum does not understand the implications of what you have done to him, I do. There are laws which mortals must obey. You have transgressed those laws and you will be punished — as your creations — will be punished and destroyed!

Shool waved his bear's arms dismissively.

`You forget that I have a great deal of power. I shall soon be in a position to defy any god upstart enough to lock swords with me.

`You are insane with pride (ты обезумел от гордости), she said. `You are only a mortal sorcerer (ты всего лишь смертный колдун)!
